ALL my.t Business AI Summit 2025 — Visual Lead & Show Controller

Served as Visual Lead in close collaboration with ë - visuals, for Mauritius Telecom’s flagship B2B Business AI Summit 2025. The summit brought together high-profile clients, partners, and key associates, culminating in a TGIF evening party for Mauritius Telecom staff.

Oversaw the entire visual ecosystem and content pipeline — from branding, stage graphics, motion visuals, and screen layouts to digital media assets — ensuring a unified and impactful visual identity across the summit and entertainment segments.

As Show Controller, directed the live show flow with precise timecoded synchronization of visuals, lighting, sound, and laser cues, guaranteeing a seamless and immersive audience experience. This included:

A timecoded opening sequence combining light intro, custom motion graphics, audio, and synchronized laser effects.

Real-time triggering and cueing of multiscreen visuals, ensuring smooth transitions between keynote presentations, panels, and performances.

Integration of AV elements with stage lighting for a cohesive and polished narrative arc throughout the day and evening program.
